I came on to Ted Todd Insurance, an Allstate Agency based in Florida, inheriting a brand and its established visual identity.
TTI was a large and successful agency whose principal had stepped aside for a semi-retirement and left a young entrepreneurial COO take over as CEO.

Marilyn Todd Insurance Becomes Established
TTI opened a second agency in Atlanta, Georgia, under the name of Ted Todd’s wife, Marilyn, who was also an Allstate Agent.
The brand was closely tied to TTI, as sister agencies, although with its own dedicated staff.

Marilyn Todd Insurance’s Redesign
Soon, the MTI team grew to the point that it became its own entity outright with its own culture and operation.
Leadership wanted a new brand to reflect this.
I spearheaded a thorough logo creation, through my own hands-on technical skills as well as the work of a freelancer I sourced, that abstractly incorporated the MTI into a peach.
This represented the Peach State the agency would represent, and it stood alone as an icon and initialism.
A more elegant typeface conveyed a warmer, more approachable brand.
